Mocha Chocolate Cake




Bahan2 :

Bahan A

4 cwn. self raising flour
2 cwn. dark brown sugar
1 cwn. caster sugar
1 cwn. cocoa powder
1/2 sb. soda bikarbonat
1 sb. baking powder
secubit garam

Bahan B

1 cwn. susu suam + 1 sb. lemon
1 cwn. air suam + 2 sb. nescafe
1 1/4 cwn. sunflower oil
1 sb. esen vanilla

Topping

1 pot double cream
1 bar dark chocolate
1 sb. butter
1 sb. gula caster

Cara2 :

1. Dalam bekas besar campur semua bahan A, gaul sebati.
2. Kemudian masukkan semua bahan B kedalam adunan A dan gaul sebati.
3. Bakar suhu 160 darjah selama 1 jam. Biarkan kek sejuk baru sapukan topping.
4. Double boilkan semua bahan untuk topping dan simpan sebentar dlm. fridge sementara kek sejuk.
